Machine Description:
This equipment includes feeding machine, manipulators, edge alignment machine and printing machine
Adjust the position of the baffle plate, separate the first sheet from the next sheet through the suction cup and air nozzle of
the reclaiming manipulator, and wait for the feeding manipulator to take the material.
The edge-alignment plate also adopts suction function to suck and fix material automatically, it's also with dust removal roller.
After manipulator feed a material to the edge-alignment plate, the four sides sticks automatically align the position according to
material size, sucker fix it and proceed dust removal.
We adopt vacuum suction printing table, after edge-alignment, manipulator take a material to the printing table, the sucker fix it
and then printing, it greatly improve accuracy for printing.
In order to ensure worker's safe, we set two safety gratings for both side of fron of printing table, when people touch that area, it'll
alarm automatically.
We adopt high quality guide pipe, it can smoothly remove left and right.
